Duties
Works with business leaders and IBEX LT to understand business priorities and align local and leverage global platforms and tools to deliver and to support these objectives
Develops operating plans and negotiate budgets to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives within timescales and quality standards
Provides input into the development of overall Technology Platform and Tool strategy for the UK and contributes to the Global Strategy
Controls and monitors all costs, capacity planning and utilisation to support the achievement of operational plans within budget
Defines effective controls so that operations follow required standards and policies

Acts as single point of customer escalation and build effective relationships with internal partners so that objectives remain aligned to the business plan

Coordination and implementation of global programmes in the UK, putting the UK on the map as partner/ innovator of choice to move first on new platforms and technologies

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Substantial experience in a similar role globally with a consistent track record of driving innovation through digital, data and analytics
Experience with implementing and handling common cloud computing platforms, products and APIs
Experience with implementing and running common marketing technology stack (e.g., adobe, salesforce/ Veeva)
A consistent record of streamlining and/or simplifying processes
Extensive knowledge of current and emerging technology and tools
Experience in leading matrix-teams and influencing
Strong communication/presentation, interpersonal, leadership and change management skills
Track record of developing others
Project management and execution
DESIRABLE SKILLS?

Description
Location: Bahrain
Salary: $12,000 per month
Responsibility to staff and direct the team :
– overall responsibility for the development, performance and maintenance of the customer service activities of the organisation

Day to day responsibilities for the team as agreed with Line Manager to include:
– direct and manage all the customer service activities
– direct, manage and monitor the overall performance of the customer services team

– maintain and improve mechanisms for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities

Key duties:
Represent the HR department consistently and with professionalism - facing the boardroom, conference circuit and workforce with confidence and skill.
Translate key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy, working with senior management and influencing them on the best course of action.
Provide company-wide information by interpreting people data and analysing figures on staff turnover, cost per hire etc.
Give counsel and oversee complex employee relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases and manage difficult cases with professionalism.
Establish departmental accountabilities for the range of HR functions from talent acquisition to health and safety compliance.
Devise recruitment strategy and oversee its implementation. Interview senior hires where necessary.
Co-ordinate remuneration policies and advise senior management on staff salaries in reference to external benchmarks.
Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organisation values.
Champion a performance culture and continuously review productivity and employee development making recommendations for improvements.
Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance within Environmental Services are compliant
Legislative compliance. Ensuring that all aspects of waste operations under your responsibility are conducted in accordance with all relevant statutory requirements and Codes of Practice.
Ensure routine waste collection and associated paperwork are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Work with science customer groups to ensure all waste are correctly handled and disposed of, to provide training to customers as required.
Manage all project waste on site
Work with client to review all waste streams on site to see if a more sustainable solution can we found.
Work with QEHS manager to ensure all systems are compliant in regard to waste management.
